Qualifications
Directors shall be a spiritually minded person, of sound business judgment.
​
Duties
By virtue of their office, Directors shall carry out the responsibilities that the Senior Pastor or Board of Directors delegate to them.
​
Manner of Appointment
The Senior Pastor shall nominate and the corporate membership shall confirm Directors to office
by a simple majority vote.​
Term of Office
The term of office of all Directors shall be reviewed every two years. The number of consecutive terms that Directors may serve is unlimited. Should a Director be found in violation of the Bylaws the corporate membership may dismiss them by a simple majority vote.
